We suggest to bring $50-150/USD per day for incidentals, personal expenses, and additional meals
General travel insurance is not required but international medical insurance is required for travel in Cuba. Due to the US embargo insurance coverage does not pay direct in Cuba therefore US air carriers include this as part of the airfare purchased from the United States to Cuba (American, Delta, Jet Blue, etc). This is uniquely incorporate only for airfare from the US to Cuba.
We accept check, ACH payments, Venmo, Zelle and we can also invoice via PayPal for credit cards charges.
Unfortunately, credit card charges incur a 3.5% service fee, and we would prefer to avoid that for you.
There are always safety risks when traveling, however we will provide the delegation with plenty of predeparture information to mediate risks from health (such as dengue exposure) to US State Department regulations (Cuba is currently at a level 2 safety threat).
No
