“The first draft of history is written by those who witness it. ”
At THSVK MUN 2026, Journalism is about finding the stories hidden behind every debate. Beyond speeches, motions, and resolutions, there are moments that define a committee, unexpected alliances, tense negotiations, and ideas that have the power to change the course of discussion.
As part of the International Press, journalists will report on events as they unfold, interview delegates, and bring committee proceedings to life through engaging articles and coverage. Your role is not just to record what happened, but to understand why it mattered.
Guided by this year's theme, The Promise of Dawn, journalists will capture the moments where uncertainty gives way to possibility and where discussion turns into action. Every article contributes to the story of the conference and preserves the legacy of the ideas shared within it.
Join us in telling the stories that others will remember long after the conference ends.

"To photograph is to hold one's breath when everything comes together in a single moment. "
