GLOBAL OUTBREAK RESPONSE COUNCIL

The Global Outbreak Response Council serves as the decision-making body overseeing global protocols and the military power which resides with the surviving nations following the total collapse of conventional state structures. With a pandemic affecting thousands every hour, the need for centralized action is more critical than ever.

In this committee, we find ourselves in a brutal post-apocalyptic reality where all administrative frameworks have collapsed. The fate of what remains of human civilization now rests entirely in the hands of this committee, even as the world continues to fall into an abyss where it seems to cause never ending pain. As the infection spreads unchecked, humanity faces a critical juncture.What does accountability look like when decisions are made behind military bunkers? Can human civilization truly be restored without conventional state order?

This committee aims to attract the delegates that will explore how to take immediate action, weaponize the military agency of every major power, and contain the spreading evil before it is too late. Delegates will have exactly two days to make right of all that’s taken place whether it is confronting the brutal politics of raw survival while balancing military power and human dignity.
