About Us

The THSVKMUN has always been a convivial event that delivers a model united nations atmosphere ,unlike any other MUN. It not only provides a platform for the delegates to showcase their skills in areas such as speaking, writing, art, and general knowledge but it also ensures their development via both competing and collaborating with fellow delegates. Most importantly, it promises a sense of oneness and friendliness, whether it be the proceedings of the committee sessions or the opening and closing ceremonies.

The agendas chosen for the committees across the years have been underlined by the common goal of trying to solve issues that matter. We, the students, are the future generations that will be at the forefront of major organizations and Governments, thus it is inherent that the roots of problem-solving and the drive for justice need to be inculcated in us from the very beginning. That is the purpose of this MUN, to think for the betterment of things greater than just oneself.

Following our school’s belief of “for the students, by the students'', each edition of the THSVKMUN has been primarily put together by none other than the students under the guidance of teachers.

Each year, this event was made successful only due to the participation of the wonderful delegates themselves who devoted their time and effort to prepare and actively engage in the conference. We have witnessed it time after time as the delegates’ performances left the EB beyond impressed. We expect to see the same continue in this year’s MUN in order to make it an exhilarating and memorable experience for everyone.
