SEA TEACHER
The SEA Teacher Program is an international exchange program designed for pre-service teachers across Southeast Asia and organized by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO). This program allows education students to experience teaching practice in schools located in other Southeast Asian countries, such as the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Through this program, participants gain valuable opportunities to teach in an international setting, develop their pedagogical abilities, strengthen their English communication skills, and learn about different cultures and educational systems. In addition, the SEA Teacher Program promotes collaboration and mutual understanding among countries within the Southeast Asian region.
In this blog, I share my journey during my international teaching internship in Northern Philippines at University of Northern Philippines. This experience was not only about delivering lessons in the classroom but also about exploring new cultures, building intercultural connections, and gaining broader perspectives on education.
Throughout this blog, I present reflections, cultural encounters, and meaningful experiences from living and teaching abroad. I hope that my story can motivate fellow pre-service teachers, students, and readers who are interested in international education and cross-cultural learning.
Welcome to my journey, and thank you for visiting my blog.
