Deepen Your Hand in Hand Parenting Journey in a Supportive Group Setting
Parent support groups offer a valuable opportunity to solidify the Hand in Hand parenting tools you've learned and navigate the challenges inherent in parenting. My ongoing groups foster deep trust and safety among participants. This supportive environment provides a safe and welcoming space to refine skills and delve into the challenges parents face.
I've led diverse groups for mothers, fathers, and mixed-gender groups. My current group participants are mothers and non-binary parents who feel comfortable in spaces connected by the experience of parenting in a female body. Groups have 4-6 participants and meet for 90-120 minutes, depending in the group size.
Participation requires prior completion of a Foundations (Starter) class or equivalent experience. Please reach out if you have any questions about your readiness for a support group or to schedule a free intake call if you're ready to join.
