Operations:

Currently, MT's Library is open now by appointment only due to the current location’s size restrictions. 

Daily operations include: getting the ever-growing inventory cataloged and serving its customers on an individualized one-on-one basis with employment help, housing search help, transportation services, and other resources. 

**In the future, when MT’s Library expands into the new building, the library will then be open from 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday and from 8-6pm on Sundays.

• Library Director will oversee the Library Assistant, Coordinators

• Library Assistant will oversee:

-New Patron Registration Coordinator,

-Services Intake Associates, and 

-Check-out Desk Associates 

• Communications Coordinator will oversee:

-the Youth Computer Lab Tech and 

-the Adult Computer Lab Tech 

• Children's Area Coordinator will oversee:

-the Fine Motor Area Lead and Aide, 

-the Under 2 Area Lead and Aide, 

-the Music Area Lead and Aide, 

-the Art Area Lead and Aide, 

-the Dramatic Play Area Lead and Aide, and 

-the Movie Area Lead and Aide. 

• Recreation Area Coordinator will oversee the different sports’ Leads and Aides

• the Soccer Lead and Aide, 

• the Basketball Lead and Aide, 

• the Golf Lead and Aide,  

• the Tennis Lead and Aide, 

• the Badmitten Lead and Aide, 

• the Volleyball Lead and Aide, 

• the Cornhole Lead and Aide,

• the Yard Bowling Lead and Aide,

• Family Services Coordinator will oversee:

• the Parenting Education Associates (parenting, anger management, conflict resolution, etc)

• the Supervision Services Associates (supervised pick ups and drop offs, and visitation)

• the Social Work interns

• the Psychology interns

• Education Services Division Coordinator will oversee the leads of:

-Automobile Education and Safety (change oil, fluids, spark plugs, tires, etc)

-Bicycle Education and Safety (take apart, put together, chains, brakes, tires, etc)

-Animal Care Education and Safety (breeds, education of, caring for, feeding and watering, etc)

-CPR/AED/First Aid and Safety training/certification

-Car Seat Safety  (specialist onsite to check and see if correctly installed)

-Home Gun Safety (education to be safe around any weapons in home)

-Small Engine Repair (lawn mower)
