Leadership:
I. Board of Directors
The initial Incorporators’, Board of Directors’, and Officers’ meetings were held on April 30, 2016 and the following people were chosen:
Mary Tidwell was the original incorporator, elected as the Chairman on the Board of Directors, elected into the officer position as the CEO, and selected for the position of Library Director (a paid position when the funds become available).
Terry Tidwell was elected as a Director on the Board of Directors, and elected into the officer position as the CFO.
Alexis Markum was elected as a Director on the Board of Directors, and elected into the officer position as the Secretary, and selected for the unpaid Public Relations Representative intern position to gain experience since she is just a year out of high school.

Public Relations Coordinator: Supervises Marketing Interns
Library Assistant: Supervises Patron Registration Associates, Service Intake Associates, and Check-Out Desk Associates, volunteers, and interns
IT Coordinator: Supervises Children's Computer Lab Tech and Adult Computer Lab Tech
Children's Area Coordinator: Recruits and supervises the different Children's Area Lead Associates and Aides
Recreation Area Coordinator: Recruits and supervises the different Recreation Area Lead Associates and Aides
Family Services Coordinator: Supervises the Parent Education Associates, In-Home Associates, Anger Management Associates, Supervision Services Associates,
Education Coordinator: Recruits and supervises the teachers for the adult classes and workshops
Emergency Shelter Coordinator: Manages the Shelter activities
