Current Facilities

MT's Library is currently housed in the 14’ by 65’ personal mobile home of the Library Director until it can be moved into a more permanent building. 

MT's Library also has existing space of about a 500 square foot parking lot (see pictures in Appendix C). 

 It recently acquired 2 outside book donation bins. 

Expansion Plans: 

MT’s Library seeks to raise enough the start-up funds of $700,000 to build a new energy efficient building and furnish it. 

The total size for the new building is approximately 100' x 120'. 

MT’s Library has looked at many commercial buildings close to the current location that would fit its current and future needs and budget, but none were within a reasonable budget, so getting a new custom building built on the existing owned land or pledged land nearby seems to be the best fit for the best price. (See Appendix C for detailed blueprints and costs.)
