Core Services:

1. Basic Needs: Provide patrons with opportunity to take care of basic needs like: 

                I- laundry, 

              II-showers, 

             III-low cost transportation to and from basic errands/                                                     appointments/employment related activities,

            IV- basic health checks to include, but not limited to: 

                  weight, blood pressure, temperature,  sugar checks,  

            V-mail box services, 

          VI-limited basic emergency shelter

          VII-Notary services

  VIII--Clergy services

2. Health and Wellness: Provide family support services,  health education, and recreational activities to promote overall health and wellness for the individual and the family as a whole.

3. Early Literacy/Lifelong Learning: Provide special educational programming and activities to encourage early literacy and lifelong learning.

4. Collections: Maintain and circulate a balanced collection of catalogued books and other materials selected for a wide range of interests for adults, youth, and children.

5. Staff, Facilities, and Operations: Provide a pleasant experience and convenient space for library users, with trained volunteers and professional staff available for guidance in the acquisition of information, programs, and services.  

6. Technology: Provide access to the Internet and a variety of digital media with subsequent digital skills training.
