My teaching philosophy is to implement lessons that revolve around real-world examples and activities that students can relate to in order to help them become better learners. It will also center around individualism and seeing the differences between each student. This will be possible by getting to know the students individually. Educators can achieve this by understanding their students' learning styles & interests, and by implementing first day activities like Get to Know me and/or Class Bingo worksheets. 

         My educational goal is create a classroom environment that feels safe and comfortable for students to be themselves. Having a safe and welcoming classroom will make the students enjoy coming to school and they will be more motivated and ready to learn. This goal can easily be attained by not stepping into the class with expectations and having faith in students even when they struggle, cause we won't learn if we don't make a couple mistakes here and there. I know that every child is capable of success if they set their mind to it and work hard.
