Internet Safety:
Internet Safety is providing strategies and instructions for students to safely browse the internet apart from the measures already in place by the school. Some strategies to help ensure internet safety are to have a plan of what sites and links students will go on so that they are not just freely browsing the internet, make sure the sites and links are safe and appropriate, and you must know what to do if a student accidentally accesses an inappropriate site or you log yourself out of the site you were on. Netiquette:
Netiquette refers to "rules of etiquette that apply when communicating online over networks, especially when using the internet and mobile phones" (Intel Education). In other words, Netiquette are guidelines to help ensure a respectful and appropriate online communication. Academic Integrity:
Academic Integrity is "the ability to adhere to moral and ethical standards in an academic atmosphere" (Intel Education). In a simpler definition, academic integrity is crediting your sources, and not plagiarizing. Having policies and enforcing them can help promote academic integrity in the classroom.
