1-Labyrinth of Legends + Melinda and Cole plays Dragon Cafe

2-Dragon Cafe plays Space Junk

Timeline of the Playtesting Day

• 3:00 Intro / Agenda:  Review Play and Analyze and Mechanics Assignments, Make sure to share your solo game slides with Susan

• 3:15-3:25 build your questions, know your roles (go to Playtesting reminders on this page.)

  • Photographer

  • observer of emotions and body language - coding form

  • observer of words they say - coding form

  • DM - moderator

  • someone builds a google form and adds the URL to their Discord Channel

• go to the new tables - set up reviewing room with 6 large groups - one goes to small room.

• 3:30 - 4:10 start play testing group 1

• 4:15 -4:50 start play testing group 2

• 4:50 and at home. Debrief and add your report to the slides

1. Who is observing what?  

2. Body Language, Words they say at key moments

Step 3: Review guides

Step 4: Create a coding form

Step 5: Play Test, Conduct the user observations.

Step 6: Analyze your data and write your report. (add this to your slide(s)

• add the google form to discord

• All playtesters fill out the play testing form

  • add the question - What changes do you recommend to make this game better?

• bring your like statements together to write a summary of your playtesting.

• consider adding camera angels to Tabletopia 

• make recommended changes ASAP.
