In 3rd grade music, we have a heavy focus on music theory and learning to play an instrument: the recorder! Seems like a right of passage, doesn't it? Through Term 1 and part of Term 2, we review rhythms and practice naming notes on the Treble Clef staff. As Term 2 progresses and into Term 3, we put those skills into practice by learning to play the recorder, both individually and as a large group.
If you feel like you are confident in our 3 new notes and in "Crazy HCB," you can move on to "Old MacDonald"! This time, you'll be breaking the song down on your own. We've worked on the steps in every song, now you get the challenge of trying it out on your own!
1. Find your name in the list to the right and click on it!
2. A Google Slides presentation will open with your worksheets!
**Anything you type on your worksheet will automatically save!**
First, watch my video above under the heading "Wednesday, May 6, 2020."
