Experiment no.1: Using boiling and heating process.
Process:
Boil 1 cup of moong dal using a pressure cooker.
Grind dal using a grinder.
After grinding make the batter.
Fry the mixture using a pan.
Make another batter add 2 tsp. corn starch.
Again fry the mixture using a pan.
Boiled dal.
Paste of dal.
Batter.
Batter without corn starch.
Batter with corn starch
After drying overnight.
Observation:
After putting plain batter it got spread quickly on the pan the water got separated and it got stuck to the pan.
Then the batter with corn starch observe water and took some form.
After dried overnight it took another form.
Experiment no.2: Layering.
Process:
Made batter and half fried using the pan as in experiment 3.
Then again made the same batter to layer them.
Start layer the fried batter by applying unfried batter on it.
Keep it dry.
Fried batter.
Batter.
Applying batter on fried batter.
After drying overnight changes its form.
Observation:
After applying the batter, the small amount of that batter gets socked by fried one.
Then after drying it overnight then is changed in form.
It is semi-dried and the color got changed into dark brown.
