This semester you may choose a non-fiction book to read, but it has to have my approval. (NOTE: In a nonfiction book, you will be reading about real events, real people and real settings). Don't know what to read...? Here are some ideas: History, science, space exploration, famous scientists, engineering, medicine, culture, astronomy, geography, animals, ancient civilizations, inventions, biographies, autobiographies)

* Each book project is assigned a starting point value of 100 points. If you do the task and do it well, you can earn those points. If you do the task but do not pull all your effort into it, you may not earn all the points assigned to the task. The goal is to raise your grade. Give it your BEST effort to complete your projects on time. Remember... Giving your BEST effort will yield your BEST result. Quality and content matter...Be CREATIVE. (NOTE: Late reports will NOT be accepted after the due dates.)

- SLIDE 2: What is the book about? Why did you choose this subject/topic? What did you know about this topic before reading the book?

- SLIDE 5: Important Fact # 3
- SLIDE 6: Your favorite part of the book with an explanation of why it's your favorite
- SLIDE 7: Create a book review paragraph complete with 1-5 star rating and why
