AS SEVENTH GRADERS we study an amazing era in world history. From the apocalyptic fall of the Roman Empire to the rise of the European Enlightenment, the world shook with change. You will learn about the rise and fall of empires in Asia, Africa, and Mesoamerica. By this class’s end, you will understand basic structures of civilizations, and the people who embraced the science, religion, and culture that make our world what it is today.
