This section serves as your step-by-step reference for managing employee disciplinary actions at Abenson Group. From generating tardiness reports to encoding penalties in Sunfish, this page provides a clear and consistent process flow for interns and HR staff. All procedures are aligned with HR protocols and aim to uphold fairness, accuracy, and compliance across departments.
📅 Update Schedule: Every 10th of the month
📂 Scope: SF Head Office, Operations, and Warehouse
Before proceeding with any disciplinary action tasks, it is important to review and understand the company’s Disciplinary Action (DA) Penalty Table.
a. DA Report > Sunfish DA Crystal > Crystal

b. Record all with DA to access – DA Summary Monitoring (Note: DA per month)
c. Add mode then record the following:
Name, Year, Month, Count lates/frequency, type of offense, Penalty,
Offense Frequency
Note: See sample DA Summary Penalty and Serving recording
d. After recording the data in the DA Summary Monitoring, go back to Crystal Reports and press F5 to refresh the page
e. Review the summary section at the bottom and double-check all encoded information for accuracy
f. Once verified, inform your supervisor so they can review the data before uploading it to Sunfish and extracting the final file.
For Head office/operations/Depot
Make folder per HRGEN based on the excel list
Open Crystal DA Memo : HO, Ops and WHSE
Save as PDF – 1 of 1
Rename file as:
Head office: Headoffice_MonthYear_Fullname
Operations: Branch_MonthYear_Fullname
Open the MS Access – File name:As of Feb 17, 2023 HRIS Program
Click Options > enable this content
Then click Ok
Click the Dashboard
Click Ok
Uncheck the Use trusted Connection
Log In ID: hrpro
Password: hrpro
Then Click Ok
Click Discplinary Action
Click DA Summary Monitoring
Now you can view the DA Summary Penalty and Serving recording

Open sunfish then encode per company
Account name: abensongroup
User name: 0501140

Encode the following information
Reference date: date today
Employee Name
Discipline name: Penalty (written / days of suspension)
Start Date : Use the first day of the month in which the Disciplinary Action (DA) occurred
e.g. If the DA is for June 2025, the Start Date should be 06/01/2025.
End Date: Use the last day of the month in which the Disciplinary Action (DA) occurred
e.g. If the DA is for June 2025, the End Date should be 06/30/2025.
Remarks: monthyear_Type of Offense (e.g. JUNE 2025_TYPE E-OTHERS)
