Fairprice has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website and the Services and to investigate as it deems appropriate. Fairprice also may investigate any reported violation of its policies or complaints and take any action that it deems appropriate. Such action may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspension or termination of the Services, denying access, and/or removal of any materials on the Website, including listings. Fairprice reserves the right and has absolute discretion to remove, screen, or edit any content that violates these provisions or is otherwise objectionable.
The Seller will not list, sell or attempt to sell through the Website or to transport using the Logistics Services any items that are listed in this Schedule, or such items that are otherwise prohibited by law, including without limitation:
1.1. Contact lenses;
1.2. Animaland wildlife products deemed objectionable by Fairprice (such as sharks fin);
1.3. Used/expired cosmetics;
1.4. Counterfeiting equipment, including:
(a) equipment that creates stamps/seals from the seal impression;
(b) currency, government stamps and stamps;
(c) identification cards (such as driver's license, passports, health insurance cards);
(d) mediums that contain any individual/private information (such as lists of names and resident's card, etc.), identification details and passwords; or
(e) badges and uniforms, anything that clearly represents employee identification, official position, position of government or municipal offices, or enterprise;
1.5. Credit and debit cards;
1.6. Currency, bank note, government stamps and stamps;
1.7. Drugs (including narcotics, steroids or other controlled drugs) and drug paraphernalia; refer to First Schedule of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973 and drug paraphernalia. Drug paraphernalia includes, without limitation, (i) equipment, materials or substances used in the manufacturing of controlled drugs and (ii) any and all items that are intended for the smoking, administration or consumption of a controlled drug; and (iii) descriptions of drugs or drug-like substances or instructions or guides for the sourcing, manufacturing or supply of drugs or drug-like substances, including eBook/books describing how to create methamphetamine and/or any images or content that encourage or promote the use of drugs and/or drug precursors;
1.8. Electronics equipment with de-scrambling/jamming capabilities;
1.9. Electronic surveillance equipment with wiretapping and telephone bugging capabilities;
1.10. Poisonous, harmful substances;
1.11. Firearms, weapons, arms and explosives, example:
- Flick knife

1.12. Medicine and items containing aphrodisiac claims - energy medicine to strengthen and improve sexual function;
1.13. Noxious food items;
1.14. Food which contains any prohibited substances or substances in excess of permitted proportions;
1.15. Adulterated food without fully informing the buyer at the time of sale of the nature of the transaction;
1.16. Non-pasteurised dairy products;
1.17. Unsanitary Food: Food that is prepared, packaged or stored under unsanitary conditions;
1.18. Hazardous or dangerous materials or goods (these include, fireworks, Freon, radioactive materials, flammable gases, liquids and solids, and toxic substances);
1.19. Human parts and remains;
1.20. Items encouraging illegal activity, items or links to items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity (e.g. mystery box);
1.21. Lockpicking devices: any lockpickers or locksmithing are prohibited;
1.22. Lottery tickets;
1.23. Mailing lists and personal information: The sale of bulk email, Internet Protocol (IP), Instant Messenger (IM), or databases/mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information;
1.24. Any tools or software designed predominantly to send unsolicited commercial messages (UCE or "spam");
1.25. Medical devices: including without limitation, pacemakers and surgical instruments;
1.26. The sale/supply/importation of any non-compliant condoms made from compounded natural rubber latex;
1.27. Multi-level marketing, pyramid, and matrix programs: The listing and advertising of multi-level marketing programmes (including online payment randomisers), matrix, pyramid, Ponzi schemes, and all similar programmes;
1.28. 1.28 Offensive material including any ethnically or racially offensive material and/or memorabilia, including without limitation, adult services (escort services, webcam services and related), any sex products (sex toys, sex dolls, used underwear), child sex-doll resembling a person below 16 years old, child pornography, promotional ads and tickets etc. of a sex club (or clubs), video (pornography/adults video game), DVD, photograph collection, computer games, software, book, pamphlet, paper, drawing, painting, representation or figure, magazine or any other prohibited, obscene & objectionable publication & audio materials under the UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS ACT 1967 and/or breached the relevant content guidelines below and/or deemed undesirable and unsuitable for those under 21 years of age and pornography in any form and/or treasonous materials and/or politcal related and/or other materials that threatens National Security

1.29. Police-related items: law enforcement badges or official law enforcement equipment from any public entity, including badges issued by the government of any country;
1.30. Postage metres or franking machines;
1.31. Prescription drugs: Controlled drugs or items (or their components) that require a prescription from a licensed practitioner (such as a doctor, dentist, ophthalmologist or optometrist); including without limitation drugs prescribed by veterinarians for animals; medicines relating to certain diseases like diabetes, epilepsy or hypertension;
1.32. Stolen property and property with removed serial numbers;
1.33. Tobacco, nicotine, nicotine and tobacco products (Chewing tobacco (loose leaf chewing tobacco, plug chewing tobacco, twist chewing tobacco, tobacco bits intended for chewing, dissolvable tobacco or nicotine, any product containing nicotine or tobacco that may be used topically for application, by implant or injected into any parts of the body, any solution or substance, of which tobacco or nicotine is a constituent, that is intended to be used with an electronic nicotine delivery system or vaporizers);

1.40 Partially Hydrogenated Oils (Common products that may contain partially hydrogenated oil/fat are:

The Seller will not list, sell or attempt to sell through the Website or to transport using the Logistics Services any items that are listed below without first satisfying the criteria set out next to such item:
2.1. Alcohol; only after the Seller has provided to Fairprice written evidence, in a form satisfactory to Fairprice at its sole discretion, of the Seller’s license to sell, supply and distribute alcoholic products within Singapore;
2.2. Pet supplies: only in compliance with Singaporean laws and regulations;
2.3. Perishable items, including food items: only with clearly identification in the item description of the steps that they will take to ensure that the goods are delivered to the Customer safely;
2.4. Sealed Containers: All food and related products sold on the Website should be packaged or sealed to ensure that the Customer can identify evidence of possible tampering;
2.5. Items with expiration dates: All items must be delivered to Customers prior to a clearly marked expiration or "use by" date; and
2.6. Pesticides: only where the Seller is registered with the Director-General of Public Health to sell pesticides, and no person may distribute, supply, sell or expose or offer for sale any pesticide unless the same has been registered with the Director-General of Public Health.
