Dear Sellers,
To improve the stability of the CWF seller portal, there will be a system migration of the seller portal and its related systems. Due to the migration the seller portal will be down from 30th Jul, 9:30pm (Sat) to 31st Jul, 12pm (Sun).
Before 30th Jul, 9:30pm system downtime:
Sellers will be able to create/maintain SKUs, create/cancel promotions, update inventory, view reports in the seller portal.
Note: For SKU creation/maintenance forms submitted on 30th Jul, the creation/changes will only take effect from 31 Jul 12pm onwards after the migration is complete.
During 30th Jul, 9:30pm (Sat) to 31st Jul, 12pm (Sun) downtime the following services will be unavailable:
1. Seller picker application during downtime period will be unavailable, for the picklist of 31 Jul 2022, please follow manual picking instructions without the picker app below-
Step 1: Pick and pack items according to the picklist sent via email on 30th Jul, 10pm
Step 2: Label all bags/cartons with the picklist number (i.e. M00xxxxxx), vendor code, date, and carton count (i.e. 1 of xx carton)
Step 3: Handover all cartons to the transporter
Note: For 31 Jul pickups, our transporters will be unable to use the transporter application due to the system downtime as well.
2. SKU creation, maintenance, promotions, inventory update, access to CWF reports will be unavailable during the downtime. 31 Jul picklists for PFC Joo Koon orders will be sent out via email to all sellers on the 30th Jul 10pm as per normal.
After 31th Jul, 12pm system downtime:
1. All sellers are to login to the seller portal via this link below, there is no change to the login ID and passwords, please save and bookmark this link for future use. The old seller portal URL will be decommissioned.
2. As part of the initiative to improve the stability of systems, the seller picker application will also require an update after the system downtime scheduled for 30th Jul, 9:30pm (Sat) to 31th Jul, 12pm (Sun).
The update can be installed via the Google PlayStore after the downtime ends. Failure to update the application after the downtime could result in data discrepancies.
