Dear Sellers,
It is important to us that Fairprice Marketplace customers are receiving their orders properly and in a complete manner as much as possible.
As such, kindly take note that we will be rolling out our fulfilment policies in line with two existing contract terms - Failed Pick Up Fee and Selling Fee owed due to any cancellation of orders by sellers (i.e. drop-off). These can be found in Schedule 2 - Clause 2.6 and 2.7 of the Marketplace Agreement.
The chargebacks will be as follows:
How will this reflect in my Remittance Advice?
The total amount to be chargebacked to sellers will be computed and detailed, and sent across on a monthly basis.
What counts as a drop-off?
Any item not fulfilled by the seller. As communicated previously - drop-offs can occur due to the following reasons. Please ensure you read and understand what our drivers are also expected to do. If there are any issues you face with the drivers, kindly leave us your feedback using this form.
