Digital Resilience Bonus

Dear Valued Business Partners,

During the Covid Pandemic in 2020, IMDA introduced the Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB) scheme to help firms to go digital to improve their competitiveness & productivity. Under this scheme, firms that adopt digitization (including selling online on FairPrice Marketplace) can receive bonus payouts of $2,500 from IMDA upon fulfilment of certain criteria.

We are excited to share with you that we are now an appointed vendor under IMDA and we will be able to assist you to submit your claim to get this bonus. You will have to meet the following 6 criteria in order to be eligible.

Qualifying Criteria:

1. Must have SSIC codes belonging to the Retail SSIC List

2. Incorporated on or before 26 May 2020 based on ACRA

3. Have an active PayNow Corporate account

4. Adopt InvoiceNow

5. Have not made a claim under this scheme with any another e-commerce vendor/platform

6. Have performed transaction on our Marketplace portal (eg listing of SKUs, update inventory)

In order for us to submit this claim, please kindly fill up this form and attach all relevant document proof by 28 June 2021. Processing time will take approximately 1 month from 5 July, upon the submission of UENs by FairPrice Marketplace to IMDA.
