CNY 2022 Operations

Dear Sellers,

There will be a blanket, automated store closure in our system for the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday from 31 Jan - 3 Feb 2022. Should your stores be open on 2 or 3 Feb onwards, please go into your Seller Portal to delete the closure date, latest by 23 Jan to override the system closure. You may need to scroll down to find the correct dates.

Please do not delete the closure dates of 31 Jan and 1 Feb as our FairPrice warehouse will be closed.

You can also add any additional closure days in the system min. 7 days in advance.

A reminder that it's normal and expected if your whole store is showing Out Of Stock (OOS) the days before long closure periods due to Weekends, Public Holidays & Seller Store Closures. This is applicable for sellers that are closed for 3 or more consecutive days.

This is because the available customer delivery slots (D+4) cannot be fulfilled by afore-mentioned sellers next available earliest pickup day.

Your items will appear in-stock and available for order 2 days before your next opening day, depending on delivery slot availability.

For example, for this CNY holiday from 31 Jan - 3 Feb, and are also closed on Weekends, your items will appear OOS on our website from Thu 27th Jan 10pm onwards (last pickup on Fri 28th Jan) and will appear in-stock from Wed 2 Feb onwards (depending on delivery slot availability), for pickup from your warehouse on Fri 4 Feb. If you are open on weekends, the products will only appear as OOS on our website from 29th Jan 10pm onwards instead which translates to 2 more additional sales days from the long weekend.

To avoid this loss of sales days, you may also want to consider opening for Weekends - if you are able to open for Weekends, especially for this CNY period, please let us know here.
