I am endlessly inspired by spirituality and religion. As an outsider to religious practice I bring a unique perspective to my work. This distance allows me to approach the subject matter with a sense of curiosity and openness, unencumbered by the weight of tradition. Through my paintings, I seek to foster a dialogue that transcends religious boundaries and speaks to the universal aspects of human introspection, self image and yearning. In a fresh and unconventional light, My oil paintings serve as a bridge between the sacred and the contemporary. I enjoy blending traditional religious iconography with elements of pop art and surrealism. Through this fusion, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and contemplation, inviting viewers to explore the intersections of faith, mythology, and the complexities of the human experience.
