OSBs again!

After trying four different native rare breeds our favourite has been the Oxford Sandy and Black. Not only are the good natured but the meat has received great feedback from our customers. Passersby love their cheeky antics in the paddock, especially the Dumbo-like flapping of their ears as they charge across to investigate anyone using the track.

Continuing our alphabet theme of plants found on the farm, these four were called Quercus, Rowan, Sycamore and Thistle.

This year's produce was amazing again! A pop-up restaurant asked the butcher if they could buy an entire loin for a special event and once more the joints and chops sold out within a matter of hours!
