their HAWK pass or a written pass with the date, time, and reason for visit. (ex: needs IR book, needs class novel, needs to print)

*students will be sent back to class, if they are not able to present both of these requirements. Students may visit the library without a pass or student ID during breaks and lunch as well as before and after school.
Per our district, Students are only allowed a Testing Chromebook Loaner if they need it for State testing in your class (CAASPP , CAST, etc...) Teachers will need to fill out the form by clicking on the button to the left. A library staff member will deliver a testing loaner to your classroom. Substitutes should be advised to call the Library at Ext. 3833.
When a student has an issue with their Chromebook, please fill out the district repair form by clicking on the button to the left. A library staff member will be dispatched to your classroom and collect the Chromebook for repairs. A long-term loaner will be given to student. No need to fill out a request for a loaner.
