In our week one sessions we were given the introduction to leadership and importance of leadership and teamwork in our life.
Leadership plays an important role in every aspect of life, leadership have a direct impact on our ability to carry out a mission, we need leadership to make sure everyone in our team is going in the same direction and working towards the same goal.
Teamwork :
There is no single of definition of team but generally agreed definition with team is group of people with a different technical knowledge who join each other to achieve a common objectives or goal.Working in a team is generally everyone agreed that would benefits every one whether its participant and company.

The ability of an individual, group or organization to lead, influence and guide other individuals, team or entire organization.
Some of the basic leadership skills are self-awareness, communication, influence and learning agility.
Leadership skills are important because it create confidence, building morale, builds work environment, co-ordination.
Leadership skill is one of the most important to stand in a today's generation.
Good leaders are used to follow strategy to become wise leader and came up with flexible in any situation and adaptable.
Self-reflection Exercise:
Self Awareness Writing Assignment “What’s my story” - What specific events/ experiences have had the greatest impact on your development? What did you learn about yourself? What implications do these experiences have on the kind of leader you are or can become?
I remembered an incident that when I was in class 12 there was a inter house basketball tournament and I was selected to go bring the name of the interested students of red house so I went to the classes ( From class8-class 12)
so started from class12 every thing was going so smoothly and then after finishing half of my work then i went to class 8 as i announced about it every student was like bhaiya mera naam mera naam likho. At that time i was so angry and shouted but then i controlled my self and said sorry and talk softly beacuse of this everyone was quite and i was able to do my work efficiently.
Self-reflection Exercise:
Identify one leader from each of these categories/ areas and give reasons why you consider them leaders, (a) Friends / Family, (b) Business, (c) Science & Technology, (d) Movies, and (e) Sports
Friends/Family : I believe "My Father" is the leader of my family because all the important decisions are taken by my father. We don't go anywhere without their permission.
Business : "William Henry Gates III or Bill Gates" comes under one of the biggest business tycoon, CEO of Microsoft. Desire to encourage personal creativity in oneself and the rest of the team.
Science & Technology: "K Sivan", chairman of ISRO launches Chandrayaan-2 and also "Kalpana Chawla". Both the leaders are passionate with their work and with their respective team also.
Movies: In "3 Idiots" the role of Amir Khan is showing leadership quality of "Rancho". He motivates the people to do what they unless of doing what other want. And this inspiring quality which i like most on the video.
Sports: "MS Dhoni" one of the best leader and player. He has an ability to stay calm always, being a team player. He is one of the best captain in the ground of cricket.

The Big Five personality test measures the five personality factors that psychologists have determined are core to our personality makeup. The Five Factors of personality are:
Openness - How open a person is to new ideas and experiences
Conscientiousness - How goal-directed, persistent, and organized a person is
Extraversion - How much a person is energized by the outside world
Agreeableness - How much a person puts others' interests and needs ahead of their own
Neuroticism - How sensitive a person is to stress and negative emotional triggers
The Big Five model of personality is widely considered to be the most scientifically robust way to describe personality differences. It is the basis of most modern personality research.
