(i) Locus of Control,
(ii) Goal Setting, (iii) Time Management
Locus of control is the degree to which people believe that they, as opposed to external forces (beyond their influence), have control over the outcome of events in their lives.
its of two types: internal locus of control and external locus of control.
INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL: these are the signs shown by the people who take responsibility of their own actions,
EXTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL: these are the signs shown by the people who rely or blame external sources for getting your job done.
In my opinion ,the external locus of control is something very temporary. it changes according to the new needs of people and time.
According to Wikipedia, the Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. I usually use this method, it is more fun to use this method.
But it is not necessary to have 25 minutes you can choose as much time as you want. I find it useless. I think it is more distractive as your mind will only focus on those short breaks in which you would be using your phone or doing whatever you like for short amount of time. Some people would say you find it distractive because you use your smartphone in those short breaks. But it would be boring to do something which you don't like for something which doesn't excites you.
"An escalator can never break: it can only become stairs. You should never see an Escalator Temporarily Out Of Order sign, just Escalator Temporarily Stairs. Sorry for the convenience". -Mitch Hedberg
My attitude towards life is that of a player, as a player we take responsibility of the situation. I personally believe that with a player attitude one can learn from their mistakes and grow. Because we take responsibility for the outcome and don’t blame the circumstances of our life. It’s a self-empowering perspective that can get us far – very far – in both work and life.
Set big unreasonable long term goals and take small daily steps towards them
Action, Evaluation and Revision. Agree! Life is not static.
It's helped me realize that I was done something wrong when setting a goal.
What if we are good at 5 to 6 things or activities and in this case what goal should we persue?-I would consider which of those things are most meaningful to you or that might have the most impact for your community. A second consideration is if any of those activities support each other. A good tool to use to figure out which direction to go is called SWOT. It can be used to consider multiple goals and the path you wish to take.
What if someone's my do to list gets backdated? It will help better organize your tasks, determining which are priority and which need to either be scheduled or even deleted. If you use the matrix, over time some of those backdated items either become priority and are accomplished or they are discarded or archived.Try this video, provoded link below.
The optimistic attitude has been claimed to be the key to life's success, I concur.
Having a positive attitude involves maintaining a set of concepts, values, and thoughts that tend to search for the good, to advance and overcome challenges, to discover the positive conclusion in any scenario, and to approach life as if there is always a better future.
The external explanation of a mind which mainly resides on positive issues is a good attitude or positive attitude. It is an attitude that is directed towards creative action instead of forbearance, pleasure over despair, hope for futility. A positive attitude is that mental state that can only be sustained by intentional effort. If anything hooks the mental attention in a negative direction, the optimistic ones recognise that changes have to be done to bounce back.
The way you transmit your mood to others is attitude. I express good attitudes when I am hopeful and expect fruitful meetings and others typically respond positively. I frequently have a negative attitude when I am sad, people assume the worse and I tend to be avoided. Attitude is mind-sets within our head, where it all begins. This is how you psychologically look at things. There's never a static attitude. It is a continuous process that is dynamic, sensitive and perceptive. Negative influences may fall into our view if we are not always watching. This will make you spend time on problems and not possibilities. If unfavourable conditions remain around enough long, they will reflect your readiness. The positive still there, but the bad mentality has overpowered everything. It is a problem to bring the unfavourable things into your thinking's outside perimeter. Those who know this tactic will have it in mind and others will notice it. The happy mindset also helps to handle everyday life more effortlessly. It provides positivity and facilitates avoiding worries and negative thinking. It will lead to beneficial changes in my life when I accept it as a way of life and make them happier, lighter and more successful. I see the bright side of life with a positive mindset, become optimistic and anticipate the best.
