What is self awareness and why is it important?
When we are self-aware we are able to recognize our strengths and weaknesses. This knowledge helps us to set goals for ourselves. We know where we have to room to grow and that's a good thing! Our strengths help us feel confident in our ability to improve on our weaknesses
Why is it important to be aware of how others feel?
Empathy is important because it helps us understand how others are feeling so we can respond appropriately to the situation. People who are good at reading others' emotions, such as manipulators, fortune-tellers or psychics, might also use their excellent empathetic skills for their own benefit by deceiving others
How does self awareness contribute to self knowledge?
Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards. If you're highly self-aware, you can objectively evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behavior with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you
What are the three kinds of self awareness?
What makes us self-conscious is a combination of mental, physical, and contextual factors. Below, I will present three types of self-awareness:
indexical
detached
social self-awareness.
that is necessary to entertain a full range of thoughts about oneself
The Big Five are five broad factors (dimensions) of personality traits. They are:
"Openness" refers to openness to new experiences (i.e., whether one is timid/hesitant or eager about new objects or situations), level of inquisitiveness or curiousity, and level of preference for variety, novel stimuli and creativity. Highly innovative, insightful individuals are said to be "open".
"Conscientiousness" is the degree of organization, self-regulation, and responsibility one exhibits. Highly efficient, goal-oriented people that favour order over spontaneity score highly in conscientiousness, while more laid-back "laissez-faire" people generally score lower.
"Extraversion" (also extraversion-introversion or surgency) refers to level of sociability, seeking and enjoyment of social contact, and energy and assertiveness in social situations. Extraverted people are outgoing and loquacious, while introverted people are reserved and favour solitude to social contact. Positive high affect (emotion) is linked to this concept.
"Agreeableness" is the measure of one's cooperation, empathy, and willingness to trust and help others.
"Neuroticism" is characterized by easily experiencing disagreeable or negative emotions (anger, disappointment, frustration, etc.), and a poor coping response to those emotions.
I feel that my personality test is quiet accurate and I can relate to most of the things that were written in the report.
I indeed have a hunger for knowledge and try to learn new skills. I also have the habit of doing an in depth study of the topic. I am also a confident person and follow my own beliefs strongly unless someone proves it to be wrong. I am quiet an open minded person and independent. I do mostly think rationally or logical.
I am also a curious person and have the habit to dive into to study about various abstract ideas and some times even little things can make me want to learn new skills.
It is also true that I can be a bit clueless about other people’s emotions and their emotional needs. My family and friends have even pointed that out. Due to this I even ended up studying a bit about human behavior and emotions. I learned quiet a bit even if it didn’t exactly help me. But I have started to take care of other peoples’ emotional needs and am still learning how to support them emotionally or express my own feeling towards them.
My Observations’ writing activity based on key insights from your Personality Assessment I
According to my Personality Assessment I, I have a highly creative and imaginative way of thinking and you often see connections that others do not. I am uninterested in the dull facts of a situation, preferring instead to interpret its meaning and implications. I have unusual ideas and sometimes perceive things that other people are not aware of. I am easily absorbed by fantasy and enjoy envisioning alternate realities as well as possibilities for the future.
My ideal world is a kind, equitable one, where people treat each other fairly and with compassion. You value justice and mercy in equal measure, believing that people should be forgiven when it is reasonable to do so. I do my best to make the world a better place, although you also work toward your own personal achievements. I want to distinguish myself, but you do not want to step on any toes to do so.
I have a genuine love of ideas, and value originality, creativity, and imagination. It is important to me to have consistent opportunities to learn new things and improve your mind. I value intellectual challenge, depth of thought, and insight. Because of my interest in enlightenment and novel ideas, I place great value on artistic and cultural endeavors. I believe that the improvement of the mind is an important and worthy goal.

SELF REFLECTION EXERCISE
“What’s My Story?” - What specific events/ experiences have had the greatest impact on your development? What did you learn about yourself? What implications do these experiences have on the kind of leader you are or can become?
I don't have single leadership role model, I learnt from many leaders and some are from anime ( kinda awkward but learning doesn't mean that you should learn from real person. No, its not about the person it's all about teamwork and the way they handle situation in any circumtances).
Leadership role model: Mr. Elon Musk. He developed Paypal at very young age. Handling 3 innovatice companies like Paypal, SpaceX and Tesla. This is because he has active and trustworthy team and with their innovatives ideas os say perfect team collaboration lead them to peak.
next is Team 7 ( Kakashi, Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto): This team had taught by best tuitors in the anime. Not because of this they are strong, they are strong because of their hardwork and teamwork. Hataka Kakashi is leader of Team 7, he never let their team get disturb but unfortunately Sasuke has been taken and overraged with the path revenge. which led their team fall. Naruto and Sasuka has possed same pain, Naurto always willingly to save Sasuke from that darkness. And here comes the team spirit, They aren't able to feel each other from their life experiences but they understand from their fist: Work, progress and power. In the end this team performed best among of the rest and together they are unbeatable.
