It's been a wonderful session! Mrs. Candida Chandorkar is a dynamic leader who approaches industry in a holistic and realistic manner. Candida Ma'am gave us a description of leadership at this session and also showed us how important team work is. Your trip was also highly inspiring. "Leadership lessons from a Birth" was my favorite segment from the session. These are my learning courses from this same segment:
They work together to achieve a collective objective
When birds fly in the v pattern, it's not the responsibility of the leading bird to say to the other birds.
The leading bird contributes to reducing air drag, allowing the birds to travel long distances without expending additional energy. Our job as leaders is not only to lead, but to help others succeed. Inside our teams, families and communities.
We will go much further, much further by helping our people and working for a shared purpose.
There is constant feedback
You always know that they are noisy because you have been around various forms of birds. They still squawk and squawk. They provide reviews all the time. You advise the bird to rush in front of you or you encourage the bird to catch up behind you. Feedback and support are an important aspect of the success of the team. To get a precise idea of how we are going, we need suggestions. We ought to have politicians courageous enough to hold us to account. We require leadership that is sufficiently humane to remind us of our worth. In general, we won't make bad stories about our results if we don't have reviews. Or we'll assume that if we clearly suck, we're fabulous. Feedback in all aspects of our lives is important for progress.
You have the back of each other
Geese have an attitude that is "no bird left behind." When one bird is ill or cannot fly, two birds simply fail to sit with the sick bird. They are staying with their bird mate until they are able to migrate together again. The spirit of innovation is courageous. As Theodore Roosevelt once said "without failure and failure there is no initiative."
If in this universe we'll do something wonderful, we'll crash. We must build stable spaces as representatives, where we can struggle to achieve results and re-establish errors. We ought to build worlds in which we have the backs of each other and inspire one another to get up and fly.
This was therefore an extremely nice session and in future, I would like to be involved in even more of these sessions. We will learn too much and adapt it to our own lives from these inspiring visitors.
