WHAT IS MKUDESA?
This is an association that supports dental students who are studying oral health or dental technology.
Through commitment to our students' future success, MOUNT KENYA UNIVERSITY DENTAL STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (MKUDESA) is leading the dentistry field and preparing them for the brightest future possible. We provide a distinctive leadership and mentoring program that is intended to foster intellectual development and active participation. We invite all aspiring students to enroll at MKU.
OBJECTIVES OF MKUDESA
1. To check on the studentās welfare.
2. To create dental care awareness
3. To establish professional network among dental students and dental practitionersĀ
4. To enhance professionalism among dental students
5. To encourage creativity and innovation among dental students by providing innovative platform for them to showcase their ideas.
6. To fight for identity and recognition of dental students in the medical school
7. To promote unity among dental studentsā

MR. JOSEPH KANGOGOĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā
MKUDESA Patron
Mr. Joseph Kangogo is a Dental Technology Lecture in MKU under the department of dental sciences in the Medical school.
he is a humble, kindhearted, silver-tongued and meek person with the desire of helping students to achieve their goals, he has been a selfless and dedicated patron and gives all it takes to ensure the continuity and prosperity of the association.
He is also the timetabler of the department and the lecturer in-charge of students' welfare.
