What are Digital Rights and Responsibilities?
Digital rights are the freedoms that each online user has when using technology. Digital responsibilities are the liabilities that the user much uphold when using the Internet to uphold the freedoms.
Example:
I have a set of rules that I expect to be followed when my students are in my classroom, much like there are digital rights and responsibilities that are expected to be followed and upheld when online.
