Receptive: Notice your physical, cognitive and emotional boundaries — the limitations you place on yourself or on others, or the limitations placed on you by others. Notice the extent to which you are able to embrace the unknown, the complex and the liminal.
Active: Focus on something that transcends your normal experience — e.g. contemplate infinity, eternity, duality or paradox. Try to free yourself of the need to understand or explain everything.

How do those things bring you into closer harmony with the world around you and the people in it? How might they bring you closer to internal harmony between different aspects of yourself?
