Active: Focus on a particular topic or area of knowledge. What do you know about it? What are the gaps in your knowledge? How much do your rely on your understanding of this area?

Receptive: Notice the explanations you use to make sense of the world and of yourself. What things do you seek to explain and what do you allow to be a mystery? What things do you take on faith and what do you put to the test? What predictions do you make?
Active: Explore a particular belief you hold. Where does it come from? How does it manifest itself in your life? What would happen if it were no longer true?
