EQUITY LEADS

Equity is one of MPS’ core values and pillars, and to create equitable outcomes for our students, we need to have action-oriented teams in our buildings. 

School Equity Leads will explore how MPS organization’s historical routines, school policies, school practices, and school data best reflect current equity practices. Leads are part of the DEIB Team and will support schools in building understanding and capacity as they participate in SMART goals that focus on self-reflection and growth for equity, specifically narrowing in on biases and assumptions.
