Use your colored pencils & crayons to decorate your paper cups.

Fasten one end of the pipe cleaner to your bell.

Thread the opposite end of the pope cleaner through the hole inside the bottom of your cup.

Fasten the pipe cleaner in a loop.

Finish with a ribbon tied around the pipe cleaner. 

Feel free to make multiple and hang them up as a windchime or decoration!
