“I can incorporate what I learned in the Hands on History program in my school and personal life. Beyond helping me in my class work it is very important to know a little history of the place where I live, and to know its most representative places, have each of them and know the origins of our city.”
-Yarick Murua Rivera, Hands on History: Community Outreach Participant, June 2021
“We can incorporate what we have learned in the Hands On History Program in our personal lives, we can use this to teach family and friends about the history of Riverside. It is very important information that can help us practice and learn more English.”
