Sixth Year Physics

Ok guys I've switched over completely to google classroom and I've started recording lessons on past paper topics. So far I've looked through the Wheatstone bridge and Electrostatics. You can view these lessons whenever you want by following the link in the resources section under the classwork tab. There will be no zoom session next week, 13-17 April as I'll be recording more lessons on past paper topics and uploading them to the google classroom drive, again accessed by the link in the resources section of the classwork tab.

Can you please let others in the class know this as they may not have accessed these on the Google Classroom site.

Zoom

• Download the Zoom app.

• Zoom meetings are best accessed by installing the Zoom app on a computer which must be set up in advance

• Join our meetings using Meeting ID 782 539 6725, making sure to connect your computer audio so you can hear my instructions. You'll need a password, for sixth years the password will be sixthyear

• The meeting ID and password will not change from one week to the next

• It is important that you are on time for your Zoom classes so as not to miss important info/instructions at the start

• All video, yours and mine will be off, and I'll have your audio muted.

• Use the 'Chat' button to communicate with me. It will be on the top right hand side of your screen. Type your questions to me and I'll unmute you while we talk through your question then I'll remute you and move on to the next persons question.

• This is a new approach for both of us, so we will need to be patient for the first few sessions

Fifth Year Physics

All work and resources are now on Google Classroom

I will record two lessons a week which you can look at at any time. It will be on the Google Drive and linked in that weeks classwork.

I will set work for you to do from your textbook which I will attach it to each weeks classwork. You have all week to finish that work off.

From April 20 I will also run a Zoom session once a week to answer questions on the material in the two recorded classes.
