I've only recently started to dabble in the fascinating world of video game design; and even then, mainly from a writer's perspective (I won't be "learning to code" any time in the foreseeable future)! It's a marvellous medium, though, and one that I feel is still very much in its infancy, unlike almost every other medium I've taken an interest in over the years (e.g. literature, music, film). The possibilities are quite endless really, and exciting to contemplate. A shame that technology and I have never made the most comfortable of bedfellows, though I have discovered a certain talent for resourcefulness in the course of my artistic wanderings (i.e. I can usually "fake it 'til I make it", haha).
This is my "developer" profile on Steam, separate to my normal account (for reasons obvious to anyone who's ever attempted being an artist and a critic at the same time)! Not much on it at the moment, but give it time, perhaps:

Furthermore, and to save you the effort of clicking the "View more info" link on that page, here's some samples of the critical praise my games have garnered thus far:
PRAISE FOR BOTTLE: PILGRIM
"Beautiful. Heartbreaking." - Missnezor, Steam
“Out of the hundreds of Steam games I managed to play and also review before Bottle: Pilgrim, there were only two other titles that deeply saddened me upon their conclusion...SOMA and In Between. Now I’m writing about a third special title that has managed to pry a gentle tear from an otherwise hard-bitten individual.” - Cristian P, The Inner Circle Games Network
“A breathtaking visual display, and a heart wrecking one in means of narrative...a simple, yet effective story.” - Faudraline, aka Lady Storyteller
"Absolute poetry." - Sabina, Screen Archer's Guild
PRAISE FOR DRIZZLEPATH: DEJA VU
“A work of art in the form of a videogame...10/10.” - Peppo, Steam
“Hauntingly beautiful and very deep…it is indeed a journey of betrayal, loneliness, darkness...but also beauty, hope and grace.” - rosecracker1, Steam
“A simple walking simulator with very beautiful graphics and with very meaningful life lessons along the way." - ToyBox, Steam
