12.1 Program Development Lifecycle

Project management has been vastly reduced since the old 9608 specification, with the emphasis taken away from Gantt and PERT charts, to an understanding of project management methodologies. The two text books cover this area fairly well, and coupled with the work done in lesson, means that this section does not need the same level of resources.

The quality of videos available is not great, but these are some of the better ones. Do try and find your own videos.
