Orly has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion and a M.Sc. in Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University. For more than a decade, Orly has been working on coastal issues including climate change effects and adaptation in coastal areas and in ICZM (Integrated Coastal Zone Management).
