Thomai (Mimi) Anagnostoudi

Mimi is currently the Lab Manager of the MGM Laboratory as well as a Ph.D. student in Geophysics and Seismic Interpretation at the University of Haifa. She has fifteen years worth of experience in geosciences, having served as a laboratory assistant, a teaching assistant, and as a supervisory geologist overseeing marine offshore drilling. She specializes in seismic mapping, interpretation, fault analysis, and salt tectonics. Her current research is focused on "Salt tectonics and thin-skinned contractional deformations, insights from seismic data and physical analogue experiments: a case study from the Levant basin" under the supervision of Michael Lazar, Uri Schattner, and Bruno C. Vendeville.
