The NOVA Lab (Nanoplatforms for Optical-Versatile Applications) at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School is seeking motivated researchers at multiple levels, including:
Postdoctoral Fellows (PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree required)
Research Assistants/Interns (Undergraduate or Master's level)

Key Responsibilities
Depending on position level and background, responsibilities may include:
Designing and synthesizing polymer-based carriers or lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
Performing in vitro and/or in vivo studies for imaging and therapy.
Developing or optimizing fluorescence imaging or plasmonic sensing techniques.
Data analysis, figure generation, and manuscript preparation.
Supporting lab operations and mentoring junior members.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
A strong background in one or more of the following areas: organic chemistry, materials science, polymer science, biomedical engineering, immunology, cell/molecular biology, optical imaging, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience in LNP physicochemical characterization, formulation, or nano-bio interactions is highly desirable.
For Postdoctoral Applicants: PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree is required. Candidates must have their own external fellowship (or have secured independent funding) to be considered for this position.
For RAs or Interns: Relevant undergraduate or graduate research experience.
