NOVA Lab works with an extensive molecular portfolio comprising NIR fluorophores, targeted probes, and functional nanomedicine building blocks. Many of NIR fluorophores were synthesized through close collaboration with leading Dr. Henary Lab (Georgia State University), while our team focuses on molecular design strategy, structure–function optimization, and in vivo translational validation. From this collaborative portfolio, we highlight a select group of representative platforms that exemplify translational impact and nano–bio innovation.
NOVA Lab operates an integrated imaging platform designed to quantitatively assess molecular probes and nanoparticle behavior across biological scales—from cellular systems to whole-animal models. Our imaging infrastructure enables mechanistic investigation of nano–bio interactions, biodistribution, and therapeutic response in both in vitro and in vivo settings.
