The Fighting Power concept first came to me when Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat were both the talk of the town in terms of fighting games in the '90s. Originally the story started out as my own original crack at a martial arts tournament filled with super powered beings duking it out. Over time, it just evolved into a sort of X-Men style team of misfits working together under a common goal to stop the bad guys behind the shady tournament.

The first chapter of this version is a summary of sorts as I put pen to paper that summer I graduated high school, only pen this throughout my freshman courses that following year. The remainder of this story is lost within binders and old notebooks that I have absolutely no idea where they are among my old stuff from college.
