We are seeking in-kind donations such as gift cards, physical items and experiences for our Spring Fling and Silent Auction at Mercury Mine Elementary School on Saturday, February 21, 2026. This event is one of our largest events and offers a unique opportunity to market your goods and services directly to an active group of local consumers. This is a free event to attend and we have activities including carnival games, bounce houses, and rides for the children as well as a silent auction for the adults. We anticipate 500+ individuals to attend this annual event, and have a fundraising goal of $10,000.

We also welcome sponsorships for interested businesses, with the chance to advertise your business. Sponsorships help us to offset event costs, allowing more of the community to participate. Sponsorship opportunities include sponsoring a bounce house, a petting zoo, or an idea of your own! It’s a win/win for businesses and families alike.

There is a chance to display banners, signs, or displays (subject to approval) on site if your business is interested.
