PTG General Meetings are held every other month during the school year. Please see the Calendar of Events page for dates and times.

2024-25 Budget & Meeting Minutes or Slide deck
May 2024 Approved budget - This is the 2024/2025 budget that was approved in May 2024, based on the estimated funds remaining. All remaining funds from the 2023/2024 budget, except for the Student Council line, will be allocated to the school enhancements line. We will re-vote on the actual budget in September once we have the exact figures.

May 2023 approved budget - this is the 23/24 budget that was approved in May with the exception that it was based on the potential money we'd have remaining, but that we'd revote in September on actual budget once we had actual figures for money.
23/24 proposed budget- proposed budget based on actual figures for the 23-24 year. We will vote on this durring the meeting.
Approved Budgets
Budgets are proposed and voted on for approval in May, prior to the beginning of each fiscal year. Our fiscal year is July 1- June 30. Surveys are sent out and at least two budget meetings are held in the months prior to the final budget proposal and vote in May.
Annual Reports
The annual report reflects all debits and credits throughout the fiscal year.
