Start writing patrons name/numbers down on a sheet of paper.
If they don't have a 8-number (affiliate, alumni, spouse/partner), write their full name on the paper
After writing the patrons name/number, let them through the turnstile using the button.
When Fusion is back and running, enter all patrons names/numbers in Fusion
The rec keeps data on how many patrons enter our facility and what membership the patron has. This is why we need to reenter this information when Fusion is back up
The current member and the spouse/partner both must be present when they first enroll the spouse/partner in a membership. They must provide proof of their relationship either in the form of ID cards with the same last name or a common bill (Comcast, electric, lease) that shows both of their names and the same address.
How to sell
First, look up the new member in Fusion to ensure they do not already have an account
Look at the patrons proof of documentation as listed above in red. If they do not have it, please explain our policy and tell them we cannot sell the membership without this documentation.

Hand the patron the "student/employee" membership form
The current member fills out the left side of the form. The new member fills out the right side.
Put the information from the Spouse/partner side of the form into the respective slots in Fusion.
Take a photo of the patron for their account
Hit save on their account
Set up their new user credentials
Sell them the membership they want
PRINT the receipt, write the app credentials on the back for them, and explain how to log into the app.
The schedule will come out during the third week of every month.
The schedule will come out for the entire next month.
ex: The schedule for the month of March will be released the week of February 17th-23rd
Time off will be due on the 15th of the current month for the next month.
All time off will be granted as long as it is reasonable and submitted before noon on the 15th.
A description for time off is not required, but it is always fun for Shelby and Brooks to read :)
ex: February 15 at 12:00 pm time off is due for the month of March.
You can post your shift to the trade board at any time.
You can individually message people to pick up or trade shifts anytime.
ONE WEEK BEFORE/THE WEEK OF your shift, you may text the staff GroupMe for coverage.

Text/call the SUP phone
Unless you are sick or have another university-sanctioned event, you are required to come in. If you are sick, it is up to your discretion if you can come in or not. If you do not come into work after completing all of these steps, you will receive 1 negative point. If you are sick, you can email Brooks requesting to use sick leave.
If you would like a repeating shift, email Brooks and Shelby requesting the repeating shift day and time. We do not promise repeating shifts, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone. Repeating shifts are given out on a seniority basis (between two people wanting the same shift, the person who has worked in the department the longest will get priority.)
Weekends are scheduled on a repeating basis. There are A weekends and B weekends. Every staff member will be assigned a weekend date. You can expect to work every other weekend. You may still pick up any shifts on the weekends or put your shifts on the trade board.
Everyone is required to work ONE Friday close per semester. We will schedule and keep track of this. If these shifts are traded, the person who actually worked it will have that count as their Friday close for the semester.
Each manager is required to have one "night hours" shift. Night hours can be any day, Monday-Thursday. Shifts will be 3-7 pm or 4-8 pm unless otherwise approved by Brooks.
Day hours are encouraged but not required. Day hours can vary based on manager schedules.
All manager shifts will be on W2W.
