4/16 I am very impressed with attention to detail on shift today. We had some VERY suspicious patron interactions regarding passbacks, and Logan was extremely diligent going above and beyond to make sure procedure was followed and that the patrons were caught even after they had entered the facility and evaded check in.
4/10 Stella did not push back at all having to cover check-in for the whole shift even though she is working a double where she will be at check-in for another 3 hours. 6 hours total at check-in
4/6 Will is always down to stay at the desk when there is no one coming to switch him out. GOAT!
4/1 Liv was super nice and helped check out keys for everyone even though she was working at check in

3/22 Emma W was very helpful in the catching of Daniel Diaz. She was the one who radiod me out of suspicion, and otherwise he might have been missed.
3/11 Hailey stayed and covered check-in desk until next desk attendant arrived!

2/28 Alexis ended her workout early so she could help us out when we were a desk attendant short.

2/26 Will was very helpful on the close, making note of some of the issues behind eq desk, and helped stay late to make sure everything was checked in and put away
2/24 Kyla offered to come in early to cover for us being down a DA, which was fantastic.
2/23 Alexis saw that no one was working at EQ. Came to me to confirm, then decided to pick up the shift!
2/23 Liv stayed after her shift to cover service center until her class! If she didn't stay after, we would have only had one desk attendant on shift. SHOUTOUUUUUUUUT!!!!
2/21 Emerald came in early for her shift so she could help us out because we were a desk attendant short. #QUEENEnergy
2/20 Jaycee offered to come in early to cover for us being down 2 desk attendants, which was absolutely delightful of her
2/20 we were down two desk attendants and Maggie graciously offered to stay after her workout to cover the shift. It was greatly appreciated.

2/18 Tyler went above and beyond today and helped me open the rec. I was running a little late but stepped up huge with navigating the open procedures with RA's and desk attendants. #TheGOATofallGOATS
2/11 Tyler was a ton of help to start the shift today. Helped turn on all of the TV's in the lobby and checked out keys to everyone who is on for the opening shift. An absolute BEAST!! #KingEnergy
2/6 Ana stayed 10 or so minutes until someone arrived at EQ.
1/22 today is the second day in a row Alexis has stayed late / come in early to help us out when staff didn't show up to their assigned shifts. She is always willing to help out whenever we need and has a great attitude doing it!
1/22 Tyler stayed an extra 2 hours because someone didn't show up to switch him out
1/21 Emma W. helped cover EQ for the last 20ish minutes of the shift since no one was there
