Lost and Found items need to be logged every time!
Employee eligibility must be checked before selling AND renewing a membership. Use TestFee!
Remember to plug all iPads into the charger when you return them to the cabinet
Check the email on shift! Be as helpful as you can answering patron questions, or forward it to the appropriate pro staff if you aren't sure.
Make sure you've completed setting up a patron's profile and credentials and emailed them back before moving a membership application to the completed folder.

Take your time checking out equipment! Take an extra second making sure everything is correct before helping the next patron. Don't rush. 😌
Every piece of broken equipment that's going into Equipment Jail must be logged both in Fusion and in TT Daily.
White and green towels must be washed separate.
Lint traps need to be cleaned out!
Don't forget to clean the grate, otherwise the laundry room will flood! 😱
Make sure we are scanning guest passes through Fusion before throwing them away!
Be aware of Passbacks at Check-in!!
